He loves me, he loves me not was one of those fun things we did when we were young girls. Plucking the petals off a flower was an innocent way to guess how a particular boy felt about you. As grown women, it's sad that we can't resort to something like that to determine exactly what our guy is feeling. Life is not that simple. Fortunately, there are still some ways you can figure out what's going on in his heart.

He wants to spend time with you. This is very straightforward. If your man follows through with each and every date he's made with you, he's in love with you. Being with you and spending as much time as he can with you is his priority. If your boyfriend constantly backs out of seeing you at the last minute or he always has a sick friend to tend to or work is so busy he can't see you, he's not in love with you. A man's desire to spend time with you is a clear indicator of where his heart is.
He wants you to meet the other important people in his life. As women we don't think twice about dragging our current boyfriend along to any function where our close friends and family are. Men aren't wired that way. If your man has yet to introduce you to anyone but his dog, he's not crossed over the line from like into love yet. If you're an integral part of all his family celebrations and if his friends are now your friends, he's given his heart to you already.
He talks about a future with you in it. Men are like us in that they are constantly planning for the future. They think about how life will be once they settle down with one woman. If you're that woman, there will be some signs that he sees you in that light. During conversations if he talks about the two of you doing things like buying a house, getting married or having children, you already know that he loves you. If he talks like a life long bachelor, he doesn't envision a future that includes you. This can be a huge blow to a woman who is crazy about a man, but it does give some insight into where his heart is now.
He asks about your life. This just seems polite, but it's actually a very interesting way of telling where a man's heart is at. Most women don't realize that when a man is in love with a woman he'll ask more about her and talk less about himself. If you and your guy are having a discussion and you notice that he keeps talking about what's going on with him, even when you try and bring up your own life, that's a sign that he's more in love with himself than you.
He wants to help you, in any way he can. If you have a problem or you're facing a challenge, the man in love with you will be the first one in line to help. In fact, he'll mow over everyone else to offer his assistance. He wants to be your knight in shining armor. He wants to be your hero. If you tell your boyfriend about things that you're struggling with and he smiles politely and tells you that you'll figure it out, he's not that into you.
These are all great ways of determining whether your guy loves you or not. Always remember that your inner instinct is endless help when you're trying to see inside his heart. Let your own feelings and observations help you to decide exactly what he's feeling for you.
